  1. -man on the left is eating a bowl of beans, fishing net on back, and making a 'snorting' face. beans representative of low classed, 'idiot'/'fool' 's food.
    woman in somewhat find clothes also eating beans and smiling.
    baby squealing because crayfish is attached to pinky finger. baby's face almost mimicking father (assumed to be the father)'s face.
    amazing reproduction of different objects and animals draws in the viewer.
    beans at that time said to be limited to male classes and for stupid people; also help produce sperm (suggests he is lacking), helps produce male heirs and stupid, oafish children.
    -woman exposing her foot - very erotic at that time because was seen as a social taboo.
    -picture references a form of classification, with all the different types of foods/animals - they were put in the painting for display purposes - it is something like a studiolo/room of knowledge/classification.
    -also, the dog references lust
    -i also remember the background people/scenery has some sort of meaning i forget ...
